Elsha grew up in Utah and is a proud wife and mother of five. After spending many years at home raising her children, she pursued her passion for education and became a teacher. Her love of learning, creativity, and hands-on work has always guided her path.

Elsha was drawn to Mountain Sunrise Academy because of its commitment to whole-child education and its emphasis on imagination, creativity, and meaningful learning. She is passionate about creating a warm, organized, and nurturing classroom where children feel safe to explore, grow, and develop a genuine love of learning through Waldorf-inspired principles.
