With more than a decade of experience in education, Mr. Snijman has taught diverse learners in the United States, Taiwan, and Malaysia, with a focus on helping every student achieve meaningful academic growth. 

His experience includes developing a Waldorf-inspired dual immersion curriculum, implementing evidence-based literacy practices through LETRS training, and designing engaging learning experiences that combine academic rigor with creativity and character development. 

He has also led schoolwide initiatives, student theater productions, and community programs that foster leadership, perseverance, and collaboration.
