Morgan is a Texas native, new to Utah after living in Boston with her husband for the past threeyears. Most recently, Morgan worked as the Site Director and Lead Teacher in a freenature-based preschool at the zoo! She was proud to support her community through access to experiential, equitable, early childhood education. As a child, Morgan’s nanna and mother patiently taught her to crochet, cross stitch, latch-hook, weave, sew, french bead, and more- you name it! With guidance from friends (and a bit of helpfrom the internet...), she’s become a proficient knitter in her adult years too. Morgan’s priorwork experiences and personal love for fiber arts have led her to Mountain Sunrise Academywhere she is excited to support children’s development through something that was soinspirational in her own childhood. In her free time, Morgan can be found crocheting, hiking, rock climbing, reading, doing yoga, and spending time with friends and family (and her kitty, Rosemary!). She is excited to do all ofthis and more while exploring her new home in Utah.
