Ryan Larson is a Council Member at Mountain Sunrise, and a father who cares deeply about his kids and about the kind of childhood that helps them grow into happy, capable, independent adults. He lives in Eagle Mountain, Utah, with his wife, Cindi.

Ryan first heard about Mountain Sunrise through friends and family who were already part of the community. The more he saw, the more it stayed with him. He watched the Waldorf method give children the freedom to learn in the way that's right for them, instead of forcing every child down the same rigid path, and he knew he wanted to be part of it.

Ryan has spent his career as a technology leader, guiding large organizations through complex change, building and leading international teams, and working alongside some of the largest companies in the world. That work has taught him how to help an organization find its footing and grow.

What drew him to Mountain Sunrise is the chance to put that experience toward something that genuinely matters. He's here to help the school in whatever way he can, and grateful to be part of a community that believes, as he does, that childhood is worth getting right.
